EXPRESS ANTISTATIC CONING Lubricants are specially developed for texturising, coning, warping, weaving, winding / unwinding operations of synthetic yarn. Synthetic yarns when undergo above mentioned operations, they develop a static charge within themselves which if not dissipated will lead to overheating and melting/ joining of yarn deniers. This will cause yarn to loose its strength. EXPRESS CONE CS/ CE lubricants not only dissipate the static charge developed in the yarn but also provide the required lubricity to the yarn so that the deniers of the yarn do not rupture or spread unnecessarily.

EXPRESS CONE CS/ CE lubricants provide a gloss and finish to the yarn and fully compatible with the color of the super white yarn. These lubricants are scourable type and hence get easily washed out with water on simple washing thereby taking away all the dirt and spots from the yarn.
