These fluids are used as lubricants in water emulsion and provide excellent lubrication and rapid cooling to the tool and work piece.
Mineral Based General purpose cutting lubricant :
i) MW 135: Multifunction, Universal cutting lubricant: EXPRESS MW-135 is blended from selective mineral base lubricant, emulsifier and other additives to provide a stable well dispersed milky emulsion with water. The emulsion formed is homogenous and does not split during usage on routine machine shut downs, under normal conditions. EXPRESS MW-135 imparts anti-rust and anti¬corrosion properties to the emulsion. The suitable biocide incorporated prevents bacterial growth in the emulsion. Always add lubricant to water and not Vice-versa, with vigorous shaking.

iii) MW 241 : Excellent performance in applications using hard water: EXPRESS MW-241 is blended from selective mineral base lubricant, emulsifier and other additives to provide a stable well dispersed milky emulsion with water. The emulsion formed is homogenous and does not split during usage on routine machine shut-downs, under normal conditions. EXPRESS MW-241 imparts anti-rust and anti¬corrosion properties to the emulsion. The suitable biocide incorporated prevents bacterial growth in the emulsion. Always add lubricant to water and not Vice-versa, with vigorous shaking.

i) MW 243EP : Bio Stable EP soluble cutting lubricant : EXPRESS MW-243 is blended from selective mineral base lubricant, Bio Stable emulsifier and superior anti rust additives to provide a stable well dispersed milky emulsion with water. The emulsion formed is homogenous and does not split even in hard water, during usage on routine machine shut ¬downs, under normal conditions. EXPRESS MW-243 imparts anti-rust and anti¬corrosion properties to the emulsion. The Bio Stable emulsion maintains performance in hard water and prevents bacterial growth in the emulsion. Always add lubricant to water and not Vice-versa, with vigorous shaking.

Synthetic General Purpose
i) MW 9S : Hardness neutral, excellent coolant life : EXPRESS MW-9S is a fully synthetic, bio stable, general purpose type cutting fluid. It forms clear and bright green colored emulsion. The emulsion formed is homogenous and does not split during usage on routine machine shut -downs, under normal conditions for a prolonged period. EXPRESS MW-9S imparts anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties to the emulsion. The suitable biocide incorporated prevents bacterial growth in the emulsion. Always add lubricant to water and not Vice-versa, with shaking. EXPRESS MW-9S contains EP additives which help in better surface finish.

Synthetic Grinding Fluids
i) MW 410S : Extended corrosion protection Cast iron grinding fluid : EXPRESS MW-410S is a synthetic, bio stable, general purpose type cutting fluid. It forms transparent clear emulsion. The emulsion formed is homogenous and does not split during usage on routine machine shut-downs, under normal conditions for a prolonged period. EXPRESS MW-410S imparts anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties to the emulsion. The suitable biocide incorporated prevents bacterial growth in the emulsion. Always add lubricant to water and not Vice-versa, with shaking. EXPRESS MW-410S contains EP additives which help in better surface finish.
